National Sales Representative - Insurance

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and develop potential client relationships and actively manage existing client base
  • Identify opportunities for increased revenue and volume
  • Identify accounts where revenues may be shrinking and formulate strategies for retention and growth
  • Actively develop relationships with key users
  • Coordinate with Client Relations team to get customer feedback on product improvements
  • Conduct strategic account reviews regularly to review service needs and usage trends
  • Define business objectives by identifying products and pricing that meet customer needs
  • Conduct rate reviews with strategic customers
  • Gather market information to create proposals that will boost the company margins and allow EagleView to continue as the market leader
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Identify business trends and forecast demand
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA or BS Degree preferred or a solid combination of both education and experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements preferred
  • Strong documented history of success and top performance
  • Good technical aptitude
  • Highly motivated with exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel 50% to 70% of the time, with the remainder of your time spent telecommuting from home
  • This role will need to be based in the Midwest to Northeast
